Zero Point is an experimental film for cinema or installation inspired by my personal experience of a period of internal exile. The film explores the concept of transformation and themes of anticipatory grief, autobiographical memory, and the positioning of the self in a world that is increasingly driven by technology and social distancing. I made an early version of this in 2018 and it was shown for one night only. I recently revisited the edit and remixed the sound. It resonates even more with me now than it did back then.
